FACTORY
The modern factory of SOBIKE, Hangzhou Qiguang Apparel Co.,Ltd., was established in 2018, located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. With total assets of 20 million USD and 6000 M² of land area.
There are over 300 skilled workers, more than 100,000 pieces monthly supply for ODM, OEM and own brand products. Over 20 sublimation machines imported from Japan, and Italy imported inks support high quality products. Meanwhile, the laser cutting, welding, embroidery, reflective trims are all equipped to satisfy growing demands.

PRINTING
Two types of printing technique are mainly used in production, sublimation printing and silk screen printing.
CUTTING
There are two types of cutting methods we used, laser cutting and mechanical cutting. The computer numerical control (CNC) laser cutting is accurate, and waste less fabric. For other fabrics which are not suitable to use laser cutting, traditional cutting is applied with skilled workers.
SEAM
There are two major types of seam technique that are used in production, sewing and stitch-free solutions.
SEAM-SEALED
Seam-sealed technology is defined as the last piece of the puzzle in outdoor and extreme-weather apparel.

From material purchase to final product, every detail is controlled and supervised strictly.
