GENERAL QUESTIONS
1. What is the delivery time for bulk orders (e.g. 500 pcs)?
Usually 5-7 weeks after confirmation and deposit, depending on the order details.
2. What’s your general production lead time?
About 3–6 weeks based on quantity and style complexity.
3. How long do samples take to produce?
Around 7–14 working days after design and sizing confirmation, depending on different process request.
4. What are your payment terms?
50% deposit before production and balance 50% before delivery; we accept bank transfer and PayPal.
5. How about the shipping fee?
The price will be FOB, we are only responsible for shipping cost within China. The shipping fee will be charged by the shipping company.
6. What are your shipping methods?
DHL, FedEx, air, sea, or customer-specified methods. Prices are based on FOB terms (freight not included outside China).
7. What’s the packaging like?
Each piece is individually packed in a polybag. Custom packaging is available on request.
8. When we create the artwork ,what kind of format is available for printing?
You can choose PDF, CDR, AI in vector files.
9. What if I don’t have vector files (AI, PDF, CDR)?
High-resolution images may work, but vector files ensure the best print quality.
10. Do you have a product catalog?
Yes, you can visit our website or request digital catalogs by sport category.
11. Do you have a price list?
In custom apparel, prices are determined by a number of factors. Once all of the details are confirmed, your order will be priced individually
12. How long does artwork creation take?
Simple text: 2 days. Complex illustrations or custom logos: 5–7 days.
