What is the fastest delivery time if I order 500 pcs?
About 4-5 weeks after the order details are confirmed and 50% deposit is received.
How about your package details?
One piece in one bag.
How about the shipping fee?
The price will be FOB, we are only responsible for shipping cost within China. The shipping fee will be charged by the shipping company.
What are your shipping methods?
DHL, FedEx or other courier companies, and by air or by sea. Of course, you can also use the shipping methods you specify.
What about the bulk production lead time?
Around 3-6 weeks. It is based on the order quantity and products details.
What about the lead time for the customized samples?
Around 7-10 working days.
What about the payment terms?
Bank transfer, PayPal, T/T.
Do you have a price list?
In custom apparel, prices are determined by a number of factors. Once all of the details are confirmed, your order will be priced individually.
Do you have any catalogue?
We are currently updating the catalogue. You can go to our official website to check out our latest products, or download the catalogs based on different sports types.
If I want to add player name, number on the uniforms, does it need extra charge?
Yes, 5 USD per piece. Because if you add a name on it , we need to operate it separately, the labor cost is higher.
Can you replicate my order if I provide you a sample?
Yes, of course.
When we create the artwork ,what kind of format is available for printing?
You can choose PDF, CDR, AI in vector files.
What kind of the products can be customized?
All kinds of sportswear, such as Cycling wear, Triathlon wear, Running Wear, Ski wear, Swimming wear, etc. Or you can provide samples , we can make it according to your request.
I have an idea for artwork but I need you to create it. How long will it take?
If your design involves nothing more than generating type we can usually do that within 2 days. If your design requires clip art illustration or creation of a custom logo or drawing, it may take up to 7 days, it depends on your idea. Printing production can only begin after we receive your approval on the artwork.
If I don't have AI, PSD, CDR file, what should we do?
HD image files might also work, but the designer can't make a 100% accuracy design based on the image alone.
Can I custom my own design or add my own logo?
Yes, please provide the original artworks in vector files.
What's the MOQ?
Different products have different MOQ, but most sublimation printing products has no MOQ, only prices are different based on different quantities.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory with an R&D center, own design team can help you custom all your needs.
