1. Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we offer full OEM and ODM support, including design, sampling, production, and delivery.
2. Can you support custom product development?
Absolutely. Our R&D team can create new styles from scratch, adjust existing patterns, and help develop tech packs.
3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Typically 20 pcs per style for sublimation items. For pre-dyed fabrics or custom-developed materials, the MOQ may be higher.
4. Can I add brand tags, logos, and packaging?
Yes, we provide full branding support, including woven labels, hangtags, packaging bags, and retail-ready boxes.
5. Can you replicate products based on a sample?
Yes, please send us your sample, and we can recreate it with matching fabric and construction.
6. Can I get a price list?
Pricing depends on styles, fabrics, and quantities. Once we have your requirements, we will offer a tailored quotation.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
1. What is the delivery time for bulk orders (e.g. 500 pcs)?
Usually 5-7 weeks after confirmation and deposit, depending on the order details.
2. What’s your general production lead time?
About 3–6 weeks based on quantity and style complexity.
3. How long do samples take to produce?
Around 7–14 working days after design and sizing confirmation, depending on different process request.
4. What are your payment terms?
50% deposit before production and balance 50% before delivery; we accept bank transfer and PayPal.
5. How about the shipping fee?
The price will be FOB, we are only responsible for shipping cost within China. The shipping fee will be charged by the shipping company.
6. What are your shipping methods?
DHL, FedEx, air, sea, or customer-specified methods. Prices are based on FOB terms (freight not included outside China).
7. What’s the packaging like?
Each piece is individually packed in a polybag. Custom packaging is available on request.
8. When we create the artwork ,what kind of format is available for printing?
You can choose PDF, CDR, AI in vector files.
9. What if I don’t have vector files (AI, PDF, CDR)?
High-resolution images may work, but vector files ensure the best print quality.
10. Do you have a product catalog?
Yes, you can visit our website or request digital catalogs by sport category.
11. Do you have a price list?
In custom apparel, prices are determined by a number of factors. Once all of the details are confirmed, your order will be priced individually
12. How long does artwork creation take?
Simple text: 2 days. Complex illustrations or custom logos: 5–7 days.
